After an order is placed, we verify the delivery details and payment information. If we need clarification, our team will contact you by email.
Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. During launches, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping
Available shipping services and the final delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Duties and taxes
Any duties and taxes included in your checkout total will be shown before payment. Charges that are not collected at checkout may be assessed by the destination authority.
Delivery support
