Return Process
A simple four-step process for eligible UFOBAW returns.
1. Submit your request
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
2. Receive confirmation
Our customer-care team will review eligibility and send the return address and packing instructions. Do not send items before receiving confirmation.
3. Send the item back
Pack the unworn item securely with original tags and proof of purchase. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your return is complete.
4. Inspection and refund
After the parcel arrives, we inspect the item and email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
