Refunds & Returns
We hope every UFOBAW piece feels right. If it does not, the policy below explains how eligible returns are handled.
Can all items be returned?
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale items, gift cards, intimate items and products marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I return a product?
Use our Contact page and include your order number, item name and reason. Wait for written authorization and the correct return address before shipping.
Return terms and conditions
- Items must be unused, clean and in their original condition.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
- Use tracked shipping; UFOBAW cannot accept responsibility for untracked parcels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellation policy
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in processing or shipped cannot be cancelled, but an eligible return may be requested after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
Approved refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. If that time has passed, contact your bank first and then contact UFOBAW with the return confirmation.
